In essence, the prototype and the first board are the same. Both belong to the engineering model and are drawn by computer. However, there are subtle differences between the two.

The term 'Shouban' originated in the 1990s and was introduced from Taiwan, a treasure island. Prototypes are divided into mortar and gypsum prototypes. At that time, the industrialization process was relatively backward, and 90% of the craftsmanship needed to be completed by hand, so they were called prototypes. However, due to the long production cycle and the immature technology, it is difficult to color, so the prototype was limited to the product shape at that time. And the first board, as the name suggests, means in the word 'shou'. With the gradual maturity of industrialization, prototypes and first prototypes are gradually assimilated and become two common terms. Today, prototypes are divided into: SLA prototypes and CNC prototypes. The obvious difference between the two is reflected in the processing methods. The former is consumption. Processing, the latter is consumption reduction processing.
The knife collision incident is traceable. After actual inspection, the machining center is difficult to maintain and expensive, and the machining parts are mainly guaranteed by the accuracy of the machine tool. Once an equipment accident occurs, the accuracy of the machine tool will be severely reduced. In fact, the avoidance method is also very simple. Before simulating processing, you should confirm whether the machine tool is locked. Then, after the dry-run simulation, check whether the reference point is returned, because the coordinate does not match the actual position when the program is checked. At this time, the method of returning to the reference point must be used to ensure the consistency of the coordinates. When running at the specified line, the coordinate system must be called first on the Dongguan CNC machining center. For example, on the machining center, the coordinate system such as G54 and the length compensation value of the tool must be called first. Because the length compensation value of each tool is different, it may cause tool collision if it is not called.
