Before work, you must wear the prescribed labor protection supplies and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited; at work, you must concentrate, operate carefully, and strictly abide by the safety operating procedures.　　2. Before starting the machine tool, read the operation manual of the machine tool in detail, and do not move the machine tool at will before you are familiar with the operation of the machine tool. For your safety, please read the operation manual of the machine tool carefully before starting the machine tool, and pay attention to the following: 　　 (1) Shift record The operator should look at the shift record before working every day, and then check whether there is any abnormality, and then observe the machine tool. Whether the oil in the automatic lubricating oil tank is sufficient, and then manually add oil several times.　　 (2) Power supply: 　　 1) When connecting to the power supply, the main power supply of the machine tool should be switched on first, and then the CNC power supply; but when the power supply is cut off, follow the reverse order.　　2) If there is a power failure, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.　　3) Before powering on and pressing the button, pay attention to observe whether anyone around the machine tool is repairing the machine tool or electrical equipment to prevent accidental injury to others.　　4) After the work is over, the main power supply should be cut off.　　 (3) Check 　　 1) Before the machine tool is put into operation, check whether all control functions are normal according to the operation steps described in the operation manual.
