In mechanical processing, which elements will affect the appearance quality of mechanical processing? To this end, what methods should we adopt? The factors that affect the appearance quality of mechanical processing can generally be divided into the following aspects, mainly:


(1) Use performance of machinery and equipment


The first is the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue strength of machinery and equipment. The better the wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the better it can prevent deformation, corrosion and other phenomena, and then prevent severe wear. Good fatigue strength can delay the occurrence of fatigue damage and avoid affecting its appearance quality.


(2) Physical and mechanical properties


The first two aspects are the change of the metallographic arrangement of the surface material and the residual stress on the surface. Generally speaking, the stronger the plasticity of the workpiece material, the more obvious the phenomenon of cold hardening.


In view of the above-mentioned elements, the methods we can adopt are:


(1) The process regulations should be formulated scientifically and reasonably to ensure the appearance quality of the workpiece. Therefore, the positioning is necessary, and the process flow should be as short as possible.


(2) To select cutting parameters reasonably, firstly include cutting tool viewpoint, cutting speed, cutting depth and feed speed.

(3) Cutting fluid should be selected reasonably, so as to reduce the friction coefficient and cutting temperature, and then reduce the wear of the tool.
