Is the market expansion of precision parts processing important? What should I do if the surface of precision parts is too rough?

The main reason for the processing technology, from the perspective of our hardware precision technology, there are actually many reasons that will affect the roughness of the surface of its parts to a certain extent. It is mainly caused by the material of the tool and the workpiece, and the condition of the CNC. Regarding the geometric reasons, it is mainly affected by the shape of the tool, and the deflection angle and the deflection angle will have a greater impact on the roughness of the surface.

When we re-process plastic materials, we will also form band-shaped cutting and form built-up tumors, and the hardness is still very high. For physical reasons, the rounded corners and extrusion of the blade can deform the metal material during the cutting process of the workpiece. The roughness of the surface is seriously deteriorated, and the appearance of the built-up tumor will be completely irregular, so it is easy to make the surface of the workpiece have different depths and widths. For example, the rotation speed does not match the cutting speed, the material is too hard, the workpiece is not compressed, the workpiece is too elastic, the rubber product such as the tool body is too long, the tool bar shakes during processing, the machine tool itself such as: wire Excessive gaps in activities such as strips and rails, etc. These will inevitably increase the roughness of the surface of the part.

The advantages of cnc machining centers in industrial production involve issues such as materials, processes, costs, and quantities used. Many parts cannot be mass-produced by machines, so some special processes are required. For small-scale or small medical parts processing, manual processing may also be involved. Generally, small batch production is realized by CNC, rapid mold, vacuum silicone compound mold and other processes. The advantages of cnc processing are the processing of medical parts ranging from single to three digits, which are processed through simple molds, soft molds, or directly. The processing of medical parts is generally the usual machining processes such as turning, milling, planing, grinding, and clamp. The fitter's cutting, drawing, drilling, tapping and so on. Representative industries include aviation, aerospace industry, shipbuilding industry, construction machinery industry, machine tool industry, etc. The typical representative of mass production is the automobile industry, and the trial production of new models and engines in the automobile industry, as well as the mold industry that mainly serves mass production, is still a single small batch production.
