1. Acceptance requirements
1. Visual inspection
(1) Check whether the surface finish of the workpiece meets the requirements of the drawing.
(2) Check for damage, rust, impact, thread shape and angle.
(3) When the above problems are found, they should be recorded in detail for future reference.
2, quantity acceptance
(1) Check the material, specification and quantity of the workpiece in strict accordance with the supply contract and processing certificate, and check item by item.
(2) Make a record of the quantity acceptance, fill in the acceptance location, time, participants, type, project name, quantity, and actual quantity.
3, quality acceptance
(1) The assembly should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements and procedures of the assembly drawing.
(2) Make records during quality acceptance. If the workpiece has quality problems, the outsourcing unit shall be notified in writing. Decide whether to return or replace the goods according to the situation.
(3) If there are special requirements, the processing unit can carry out the acceptance, assembly, installation and acceptance before the acceptance document is signed.
Two, acceptance procedures
1. After the mechanical parts are received, a full-time acceptance staff shall be sent to check and accept the materials, specifications and quantities of the parts according to the contract drawings.
2. The acceptance period is generally 1-2 days. Special circumstances depend on the effect of use. If the quality problem can be returned to the processing unit, the processing unit shall bear the economic loss.
3. Generally, the processing contract signed by the non-production department shall be directly checked and accepted by the user department, and the acceptance report shall be filled out.
4. After accepting the unqualified parts, the inspector must go through the repair procedures within the stipulated acceptance period.
5. The acceptance of special precision parts will be jointly accepted by a full-time acceptance unit and a detailed acceptance report form will be formed. For unqualified parts, the 'inspection form' should be filled out in detail to improve processing accuracy
