In 2006, the Hexagon 1500*1200*3000 precision testing instrument was purchased, the three-coordinate testing instrument, which can bear 5 tons, has been officially put into use.
In the first half of 2006, we invested 1 million yuan to develop large-scale CNC gantry milling machine by ourselves. The installation and commissioning have been completed, and it was officially put into use in October 2006.
In the second half of 2006, we invested 2 million yuan to develop large-scale CNC horizontal milling machines by ourselves. At present, the design of the whole machine and the manufacture of parts have been completed, and the installation and commissioning will be completed in October this year, and it will be put into use.
In 2007, a total investment of 6 million yuan was ordered, and two large-scale CNC horizontal machining centers of Hyundai (Kia) of South Korea were ordered. The new machine tools are undergoing intense installation and commissioning work. The commissioning work is nearing completion and will be officially put into use in August. .
