Our long-term British customer came to visit us again

      Recently, David, executive director of the British company that our company cooperated with, and his delegation came to our company for a field visit. Sunny, general Manager of our company, and Kevin, minister of quality department received the visiting party.

      In order to let the customer have a more comprehensive understanding of our company's production strength, business philosophy and product quality, accompanied by Kevin, the head of our quality Department, the customer visited the whole casting production process, physical and chemical inspection process, model making and machining workshop in turn. After further understanding of the company's scale strength, research and development ability and product structure, customers expressed their recognition and praise for our company's better casting workshop environment, orderly production process, strict quality control system and advanced processing and inspection equipment. During the visit, the relevant technical staff of the company gave detailed answers to all kinds of questions raised by customers. Their rich professional knowledge and enthusiastic working attitude also left a deep impression on customers.

     After the visit, sunny, the general manager of our company, first explained our company's corporate culture, development history, technical strength, after-sales service system, related cooperation cases and other information to the visiting guests. Then, David and Sunny reviewed the progress of the cooperation project of both parties in the previous year, and discussed in depth about the expansion of cooperation in the future. Through this visit, David has seen the mature technology and production management strength of our company, and he is more assured about the quality of the products produced by our company.
