   In online cutting hardware machining, the greater the thickness of the workpiece, the more difficult it is to cut, because when the cut workpiece reaches a certain thickness, there is not enough coolant to enter the precision parts, making it impossible to eliminate the gap The internal electric corrosion is produced, which causes the precision machining process to be extremely unstable, until there is a short-circuit phenomenon of current without discharge. So how to avoid this?

   First of all, it is necessary to optimize the process parameters, and formulate different process parameters according to the processing workpieces of different thicknesses. When processing aluminum precision hardware, the pulse width can be appropriately reduced, in order to reduce the discharge capacity of a single pulse. Thus, the traces of the discharge are also reduced, which can reduce the number and size of alumina particles to a large extent, so as to reduce the phenomenon of wear of the feed block, and relatively increase the gap between the pulses. Chip removal is more convenient, so as to reduce the phenomenon of sticking, improve the stability of wire cutting, and help improve the surface roughness of processed precision parts and improve the processing quality of precision mechanical parts.

   On the other hand, if the pulse gap is too small, the discharge products cannot be eliminated in time, which will lead to the inability to eliminate the ionization of the discharge gap in time, resulting in unstable wire cutting hardware processing, resulting in wire breakage or cutting trajectory The distortion phenomenon.

   When setting the feed speed, if the setting speed is lower than the actual possible erosion speed of the workpiece, it will cause the processing state to be easy to open, which will slow down the speed of wire cutting precision machining, and the melting point of aluminum itself is lower. , Under the same discharge energy, the processing erosion amount is relatively large, resulting in an increase in the discharge gap, and the pulse voltage cannot break down the liquid medium between the electrodes in time, thereby reducing the utilization rate of the pulse component, resulting in The machining process of precision mechanical parts is unstable, even causing wire breakage; when the feed speed of the equipment is greater than the actual possible erosion speed of the workpiece, it is prone to short-circuit phenomenon during processing, which will cause the actual feeding and cutting The speed drops, and it is not conducive to the elimination of aluminum materials, which will cause wire breakage and short circuit. Therefore, a reasonable adjustment of the feed frequency can make the precision machining process more smooth.
