What are the common problems in CNC lathe processing?

by:Foxron     2021-11-21
The most prone problems and processing difficulties of CNC lathes in the machining process are as follows: One, how to judge the good condition and service life of the tool? 1. In the automatic machining process of the machine tool, it is necessary to use ear cutting to listen to the sound. The cutting process is stopped and checked regularly or touched the tip of the tool, and judged according to the surface finish analysis and so on! CNC Machining Second, how to choose the corresponding tool reasonably according to the material characteristics? 1. During the machining process, if the tool is selected incorrectly, the machining will be unstable or unable to be processed! And it affects efficiency and cannot produce good quality. Therefore, it is very important to choose tools. When we are processing hard materials, we should choose tools with stronger rigidity and large tip. The machine should also adopt the principles of low speed, slow feed, and less backfeeding for debugging! So when the processing material is relatively soft, such as aluminum alloy, nylon rod, copper and other materials! Then we can increase the speed, the feed rate, the amount of the back knife accordingly, and use the corresponding alloy knife! Especially if the feed table is slow, slag squeezing will form, entangle the workpiece, and will not break the slag. This will greatly affect efficiency and quality! Three, what should I do when the process or tool path is not arranged properly and affects the efficiency? 1. Try not to use the same knife multiple times. If you can complete it with one knife, you will never need to use the second one. When conditions permit, the order of knife arrangement and program sequence must be arranged according to the tool path, and the empty stroke can be compressed as much as possible. Time, reduce unnecessary positioning errors, in the case that the tool or quality is not affected, optimize the program again to achieve the best processing state! NC Four, what should I do if it is easy to deform when processing thin-walled products? 1. Such a product is a little bit difficult, and some may be completed in many processes. You can analyze and judge according to product requirements! Be sure to use the three major processing elements of low speed, slow feed, and eat less! And use a tool with a small tip and a sharper edge. The clamping should also be used as far as possible to use axial clamping (such as compression screw sleeve), such as radial clamping will always be deformed!
