What are the common sense introductions of CNC machining?

(1) The CNC process considers the process of processing parts, the fixture and positioning of the processed parts, tool selection, simple processes in conventional processes, cutting methods and process parameters. (2) The design of cnc processing technology is mainly used to guide cnc programming. Our company combines programming responsibilities with NcncNcnc technicians, and programmers are responsible for the entire mold cnc processing technology, which improves work efficiency. (3) CNC machining has a high degree of automation and many influencing factors. In CNC machining, quality and safety itself are very important and must be guaranteed. (4) The preparation of cnc processing technology should have strict strip rationality. CNC technology is complex and has many influencing factors. It is necessary to think deeply about the whole process of CNC machining, have good strip steel rationality, and be able to program CNC technology well. CNC machining has a high degree of automation and poor adaptability. When a problem occurs, it is difficult for operators to correct on-site. Lightweight personnel manufacture and process defects. When a safety accident occurs in the middle, the CNC technology should be systematically designed in advance. (5) The inheritance of CNC technology is good. It is proved to be a good CNC technology in production. You can create a template, save it as a file, and then call it when processing similar parts, saving time and ensuring quality. CNC machining process plan is considered as a series of process state space, from the initial state of the part (core/mold embryo) to the final state (part). The sequence of CNC sequence must conform to the following general rules 1. The main parameter is followed by the auxiliary parameter. 2. Process the surface first and then process the hole. Mill first and then drill. 3. First roughing and then finishing. 4. First, the inner cavity is processed, and then the outer shape is processed. 5. The diameter of the tool varies from large to small according to the sequence of the process. 6. The processing of the previous process does not affect the chuck and positioning of the next process. 7. Put the same tooling and fixtures together to reduce repeated clamps and positions. 8. CNC technical parameters must be concentrated. 9. Do not use the program command that weakens the rigidity of the part first.
