What are the general requirements for safety requirements for machining equipment?

by:Foxron     2021-11-19
For mechanical processing equipment, its safety requirements mainly include: the requirements of the main structure, the requirements of the control mechanism, the requirements of the protective device, and the requirements of inspection and maintenance, because the content of large-scale machining is included. There are many, so I will introduce a part of it first, which is the main structure requirement. Regarding the content of this part, it also contains a lot of knowledge points. Here are the specific introductions one by one. Machining equipment must have sufficient strength, rigidity, stability, safety factor and lifespan to ensure the safety of persons and equipment. The specific ones are as follows: 1. The materials used in the mechanical processing equipment should meet the safety and health requirements. Materials harmful to the human body and materials that have not been inspected for safety and health. 2. Shape The shape and structure of machining equipment should be as flat and smooth as possible, and sharp corners and edges should be avoided. 3. Processing area 1. Effective protective measures shall be taken for equipment prone to injury accidents in processing area. 2. The protective measures should prevent any part of the operator's body from entering the dangerous area when the equipment is in working condition, or the equipment cannot operate (line) or make emergency braking when entering the dangerous area. 3. The following protective measures shall be adopted for machining equipment alone or at the same time: (1) Completely fixed and semi-fixed airtight enclosure; (2) Mechanical or electrical barrier; (3) Mechanical or electrical interlocking device; (4) Automatic or Semi-automatic feeding and discharging device; (5) Hand limiter, hand release device; (6) Mechanical or electrical two-hand release device; (7) Automatic or manual emergency stop device; (8) Limiting the dangerous stroke and disengagement device Material or feeding device; (9) Prevent misoperation or misoperation device; (10) Warning or alarm device; (11) Other protective measures. 4. Moving parts 1. All moving parts that are likely to cause injury should be closed or shielded, or other protective measures should be taken to avoid operator contact. 2. Based on the plane where the operator is standing, all transmission devices with a height of less than 2m must be equipped with protective devices, and the material conveying device and belt transmission device with a height of more than 2m should be equipped with protective devices. 3. To avoid crushing injuries, the distance between linear moving parts or between linear moving parts and stationary parts must comply with regulations. 4. The mechanical processing equipment should be equipped with a reliable limit device according to the needs. 5. Machining equipment must be equipped with overload safety devices for parts that may be damaged due to overload. 6. Moving parts that rotate at high speeds should undergo necessary static or dynamic balance tests. 7. The moving parts with inertial collision must take reliable buffer measures to prevent injury accidents caused by inertia. V. Working position 1. The working position of the machining equipment should be safe and reliable, and there should be enough space for the head, hands, arms, legs and feet of the operator to meet the psychological and physical requirements. 2. Machining equipment should give priority to the use of easy-to-adjust work chairs to increase the comfort of the operator and facilitate the operation. 3. The working position of the machining equipment should be safe for the operator. The platform and passage must be non-slip. Steps and railings should be set if necessary. The platform and railing must meet the requirements of GB 4053.4 and GB 4053.3. 4. The mechanical processing equipment should be equipped with a local lighting device with a safe voltage. 6. Emergency stop device 1. If the following conditions exist in machining equipment, an emergency stop device must be equipped. 2. The machining equipment that needs to be equipped with an emergency stop device should be equipped with an emergency stop device in each operating position and where it is needed. 7. The noise index of noise machining equipment should be lower than 85dB(A). 8. Fire-proof and explosion-proof mechanical processing equipment should adopt fire-proof and explosion-proof technical measures according to the use conditions and the needs of the environment. 9. Electrical installations The electrical installations of mechanical processing equipment shall be implemented in accordance with GB 4064. (Picture/text http://www.wxdtc.com/)
