1. The hydraulic test of the piping system shall meet the following requirements:    a. The test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure of the piping system, but not less than 0.6 MPa; b. Before the hydraulic test, the pressure test pipeline shall be safely and effectively fixed and Protective measures, but the joints must be exposed. 2. The water pressure test should be carried out according to the following steps:   a. Block the end of the pressure test pipeline, and slowly fill in water while exhausting the gas in the pipeline; b. After filling with water, perform a water tightness check; c. Pressurization should be done manually The pump is slowly boosted, and the boosting time shall not be less than 10 min; d. After boosting to the specified test pressure, stop the pressure, stabilize th, and observe whether there is water leakage at the joint; e. After stabilizing th, make up the pressure to the specified The test pressure value is qualified if the pressure drop within 15 minutes does not exceed 0.05 MPa.  3. The pressure gauge used in the pipeline hydraulic test should be calibrated up to the standard. The scale of the pressure gauge is 0.05 MPa.   4. When the winter environment temperature is lower than 5℃, reliable anti-freezing measures should be taken when the water pressure test and the water flow capacity test are carried out.
