What are the pipeline installation and construction regulations for aluminum alloy composite pipe fittings

by:Foxron     2021-11-07
1) When the temperature difference between the construction site and the material storage site is large, the pipes and fittings should be placed on the site for a period of time before installation, so that the temperature is close to the ambient temperature of the construction site. 2) The pipe fittings should be stored in well-ventilated warehouses and cargo sheds, and should not be stored in the open air, and the distance from the heat source should not be less than Im. The pipes should be stacked horizontally on a flat ground or on horizontal supports. When placed on a cushion, the length of the end cantilever section should not be greater than 0.5 m; the pipes should be stacked one by one, and the number of stacked layers should not exceed 50. 3) In the Mingfu piping system, direct contact between seamless aluminum alloy-lined plastic pipe fittings and cement should be avoided as much as possible. 4) The opening of the piping system that is interrupted or completed should be sealed in time. 5) When the pipeline penetrates the wall, the floor and the embedded wall, the reserved hole and slot should be matched with the civil engineering. The size of the reserved hole or slot should be in accordance with the following regulations: a. The size of the reserved hole should be 50 mm-100 larger than the outer diameter mm; b. The width of the wall groove of the embedded concealed pipe should be the outer diameter of the pipe plus 100 mm, and the depth should be the outer diameter of the pipe plus 30 mm; c. The headroom at the top of the overhead pipe should not be less than 200 mm. 6) The connection of seamless aluminum alloy lined plastic pipe with valve, water meter, faucet, etc. should be connected by taper pipe threaded pipe fittings; it is strictly forbidden to thread on seamless aluminum alloy lined plastic pipe. 7) When handling pipes and fittings, they should be handled with care to avoid contamination, and no violent collisions, throwing and rolling are allowed. 8) When piping seamless aluminum alloy-lined plastic pipes, the following requirements should be met: a. When the pipe is broken, the fracture should be flat and perpendicular to the axis of the pipe; b. The burr and flyskin should be removed at the fracture. 9) When installing seamless aluminum alloy pipes, you must pay attention to the use of adjustable wrenches for DN15-DN20; DN25-DN50 should use special wrenches to tighten the nuts on each pipe in turn, and it is strictly forbidden to use pipe wrenches to tighten the nuts; DN65-DN150 flange connection Allen wrenches should be used. 10) The support spacing of the vertical pipe and the horizontal pipe of the seamless aluminum alloy lined plastic pipe should meet the specified requirements: 11) The distance between the pipe and the wall (smooth surface) should be 12 mm-15 mm. 12) It is strictly forbidden to distort the pipes in the axial direction, and no compulsory correction is allowed when passing through walls or floor slabs. 13) Reliable fixing measures must be taken at each water distribution point and stress point of the seamless aluminum alloy lined plastic pipe. When the pipe clamp is used for fixing, the distance between the pipe clamp and the pipe connection shall not be greater than 100 mm. The pipe clamp should be a gold chip pipe clamp. 14) The seamless aluminum alloy-lined plastic pipe fittings that are concealed indoors should avoid direct contact with cement. When contact with cement is required or there is a long-term liquid outside the pipe, protective measures such as painting or asphalt can be taken. 15) When the pipeline is buried in the ground, the seamless aluminum alloy-lined plastic pipe and the outer surface of the pipe fittings should be painted with paint or asphalt for anti-corrosion treatment. The indoor pipeline laying below the ground level should be re-excavated after the civil works are filled and tamped. It shall not be laid before backfilling or in untamped soil layers. The protective sleeve shall be set at the place where the seamless aluminum alloy lined plastic pipe exits the floor, and its height shall be 100 mm higher than the final finished surface of the floor.
