The technical requirements of shaft parts generally have the following aspects, as follows: 1. Diameter accuracy and geometric shape accuracy are very important on the shaft, supporting journals and matching journals, and their diameter accuracy is IT5—IT9. The shape accuracy should be controlled within the diameter tolerance, and its requirements are higher than the diameter accuracy. Mutual position accuracy If the shaft is of ordinary accuracy, then its radial circle runout, if it is necessary to match the journal to the supporting journal, it is generally regarded as 0.01—0.03mm. The high-precision shaft is 0.001-0.005mm. If there are special requirements, they should be clearly stated. 2. Surface roughness Due to factors such as machine precision and operating speed, the surface roughness requirements of shaft parts are also different. The surface roughness of the supporting journal is 0.16-0.63um, and the mating journal is 0.63-2.5um. 3. Among the main shaft material, blank and heat-treated shaft parts, the commonly used material is 45 steel, and through normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, and quenching, certain strength, hardness, wear resistance and toughness can be obtained. For shaft parts with relatively high speed, alloy structural steel can be selected, because it will improve wear resistance and fatigue resistance after heat treatment. The blank of the spindle is generally forgings and round steel, which can reduce the amount of cutting and improve the mechanical properties of the material.
