What is the processing quality and processing precision of mechanical parts?

Our staff should not be distracted when processing mechanical parts, because in the process of mechanical parts processing, if there is an error, then it will also appear on the product, then if it is said that the product has an error, then There will also be problems in quality, which is why machinery parts processing manufacturers cannot make mistakes and require precision. There are many mechanical parts used on the CNC bed.
One, the interchangeability of parts
After long-term production and operation of the machine, some parts will inevitably be worn, deformed and scrapped. Replace with new parts. These parts are called accessories or spare parts. Accessories or spare parts can be installed on the machine without repair or selection, which is called interchangeability.
In order to achieve interchangeability, when manufacturing parts, the dimensions and geometric shapes of the parts must be made consistent. The so-called consistency does not require that the score is not bad (this is neither economical nor possible), as long as the size and geometric shape of the parts are controlled within an allowable range, so that the parts and other parts have the same after being combined. Combine performance. This allowed error range is also the form and position tolerance.
2. The machining quality of precision parts is expressed by machining accuracy:
1. Geometric shape accuracy
The accuracy of geometric shapes refers to the accuracy of the geometric shapes such as the surface or axis of the component, such as whether the line is straight, whether the surface is flat, whether the normal cross section of the cylinder is round, etc. The allowable range of variation is represented by 'shape and position tolerance'. The smaller the shape and position tolerance number, the higher the shape accuracy.
2. Dimensional accuracy
Dimensional accuracy refers to the degree of accuracy of the dimensions of a part after processing, expressed in terms of 'dimension tolerance'. When the dimensions of the parts are the same, the higher the accuracy, the smaller the tolerance number.
3. Position accuracy
Position accuracy refers to the accuracy of the mutual position between the various surfaces of the component, such as whether the two planes are parallel, perpendicular, and whether the two axes are coaxial, etc., expressed by 'position tolerance'. The above-mentioned tolerances of shape and position are referred to as 'shape and position tolerances'.
