Computer gong processing requires precision and precision. In many ways, the process from processing to completion cannot be taken carelessly. After all, with the continuous changes of the times, customers have more and more requirements on the quality of products and the quality of production materials. The higher the price, the more computer gongs are processed in metal, or die steel, or some other etching manufacturers, the industry will apply a little more.

CNC computer gong is a kind of CNC machine tool with a tool magazine and automatic tool change, which can perform a variety of processing operations on the workpiece within a certain range. Because the machining center can complete a variety of processes intensively and automatically, it avoids human operation errors, reduces workpiece clamping, measurement and machine tool adjustment time, and workpiece turnover, handling and storage time, greatly improving processing efficiency and processing accuracy , So it has good economic benefits. The machining center can be divided into a vertical machining center and a horizontal CNC computer gong according to the position of the spindle in the space.

After the processed part is clamped once, the CNC system can control the machine tool to automatically select and replace the tools according to different CNC group sequences; automatically change the machine spindle speed, feed, and the motion path of the tool relative to the workpiece and other auxiliary functions , Continuously perform multi-process processing such as drilling, countersinking, reaming, boring, tapping, and milling on each processing surface of the workpiece.
  
Because the early milling machine numerical control system did not have the function of function calculation, the processing program of the function equation curve could not be compiled directly with G code, and the (lower version) CAD/CAM software usually did not have the function of directly inputting graphics from the equation. , It is very difficult to process the contour of the function equation curve. The programming method of the machining center: the simple contour line, the contour composed of the circular arc, directly use the G code of the CNC system to program. For complex contour three-dimensional surface contour, use automatic programming software (CAD/CAM) to draw three-dimensional graphics in the computer, set various corresponding parameters according to the surface type, and automatically generate CNC machining programs. The above two programming methods can basically meet the requirements of CNC machining. Therefore, the current method of cutting function equation curve contour is usually: according to the requirements of the drawing, calculate the coordinates of each point on the curve, and then use the straight line or arc command code to compile the program according to the calculated coordinate value, and manually enter the system for processing. This method has a lot of work and is prone to errors in calculating a large number of coordinate points.
