u200bMetal parts processing refers to the collective name of various specifications and shapes of metal blocks, metal rods, metal tubes, etc., made of metal materials. The materials of metal parts: steel and non-ferrous metals (or non-ferrous metals). u200bSteel: The alloy of iron with a carbon content of 2% to 4.3% is cast iron, and the alloy of iron with a carbon content of generally 0.03% to 2% is steel. In Fe-C alloys, various appropriate amounts are purposely added Alloying elements to improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of steel. Commonly used alloying elements are Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, W, V, Ti, Nb, B, etc., forming all kinds of alloy cast iron or alloy steel. Treatment process 1) Anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment: Boiling black and boiled blue treatment is also called phosphating treatment, which makes metal parts have corrosion resistance and rust resistance. 2) Hardening treatment: The treatment method to increase the hardness of metal parts: 1. To increase the surface hardness of metal parts, use surface carburization, and the surface color will be black after carburization; 2. Quenching treatment can increase the hardness; 3. Vacuum heat treatment Improve the overall hardness. Processing technology: machining, stamping, precision casting, powder metallurgy, metal injection molding, laser processing, electrical discharge processing, ultrasonic processing, electrolytic processing, particle beam processing and ultra-high-speed processing, etc. Similar to turning, milling, forging, casting, grinding, numerical control processing, CNC numerical control center are all conventional machining processing. Metal forming processing methods: 1. Casting: After the molten metal is poured into the casting mold, it is cooled and solidified to form a casting with a certain shape. 2. Plastic forming: Plastic forming refers to the processing method of obtaining parts or blanks with certain shape, size and mechanical properties through plastic deformation of metal materials under the action of external force. Plastic processing can be divided into five types: forging, rolling, extrusion, drawing, and stamping. 3. Cutting process: The process of using cutting tools to cut off the excess machining amount of the metal workpiece on the cutting machine (or manually) to achieve the specified shape, size and surface quality. 4. Welding processing: It is a process that makes full use of the characteristics of metal materials that are easy to melt under the action of high temperature, and connects metal to metal. It is an auxiliary means of metal processing. 5. Powder metallurgy: It is a process technology that uses metal or metal powder (or a mixture of metal powder and non-metal powder) as raw materials, through forming and sintering, to manufacture metal materials, composite materials and various types of products.
