According to the experience of Dongguan precision machining manufacturers, precision cutting relies on high-precision, high-rigidity machine tools and finely sharpened tools with high or very low cutting speeds, very small depths of cut and feeds. The process of cutting away a very thin layer of metal on the surface. Obviously, this process can significantly improve the machining accuracy of the parts. Due to the small residual area in the cutting process, the adverse effects of cutting force, cutting heat and vibration are largely eliminated, so the surface deterioration layer left by the previous process can be effectively removed, and the surface after processing is basically free of residuals. The tensile stress and roughness are also greatly reduced, which greatly improves the quality of the processed surface.

Pressure processing is a content of precision machining.

Pressure processing is a production method that uses the plastic deformation of metal under the action of external force to obtain raw materials, blanks or parts with a certain shape, size and mechanical properties. It is called metal pressure processing, also known as metal plastic processing. Rolling: The metal blank is compressed and deformed in the gap between two rotating rolls to obtain various product processing methods. Relying on friction, the blank continuously passes through the roll gap and is compressed and deformed. Forging: Under the action of forging equipment and tools (dies), the blank or ingot is plastically deformed to obtain forgings with a certain geometric size, shape and quality. Extrusion: The metal blank is compressed in the extrusion die and is extruded into the die hole to deform the processing method. Drawing: A processing method in which a metal blank is pulled through the die hole of a drawing die and deformed. Stamping: The sheet metal is separated or formed under pressure between the dies. Spinning: When the blank rotates with the mold or the spinning tool rotates around the blank, the spinning tool and the blank are fed relative to each other, so that the blank is compressed and produces continuous, point-by-point deformation.
