Welding quality of flange
As an iron plate welded flange, many customers question whether the quality of iron plate welded flanges is better than forged welded flanges. In fact, the quality of iron plate welded flanges is the same as that of forged welded flanges, but where can the iron plate welded flanges be guaranteed? The material of the iron plate welded flanges is also not guaranteed, because in general During the process, the density of the iron plate welded flange is not a problem, but during the production process, the blank of the iron plate welded flange is rarely tested. Therefore, after the production is produced, it is not tested. The material of the iron plate welding flange cannot be used.
Pre-welding preparation of flange
1. Check and debug the equipment to ensure that the equipment is operating normally.

2. Prepare φ4.0J402 welding rod and dry it at 300℃-350℃ for one hour. Assembly: Assemble the cone and the large flange according to the drawings, and divide the large flange into 8 equal parts. Since the flange is thicker and the groove is larger, the segmented symmetrical, multi-layer welding is adopted.
