(3) Fine turning: After the part shape allowance is cut off, drilling and boring holes are required to ensure the size and accuracy requirements. Calibrate the shape of the parts again to ensure that the dimensional accuracy is within 0.003mm, and the fine turning shape leaves a margin of 0.05mm. Since the double top uses the inner holes at both ends as the positioning reference, and the shape margin of the part before final finishing is small, the drilling, boring and finishing shape are completed in one clamping and centering, and the hole is chamfered. Prepare for the next double top process.

Precision mechanical parts are made of titanium alloy materials, and the requirements for the accuracy of the shape of the parts and the size of the hole are very high.
