Process and management requirements of large-scale machining

by:Foxron     2021-11-26
In the production process of large-scale machining, those processes directly related to the transformation of raw materials into products are called technological processes. It includes blank manufacturing, parts processing, heat treatment, quality inspection and machine assembly. The manufacturing of tools, fixtures, and machine tool adjustment and maintenance required for the normal process of the process are auxiliary processes. In the process, the processing method of large-scale mechanical parts in Dalian gradually changes the shape, size, relative position and performance of the blanks in a certain order, until the part of the process that becomes a qualified part is called the mechanical processing process.
In order to facilitate the preparation and implementation of process regulations and the management of production organization to a certain extent, large-scale machining processes need to be divided into units of different levels to a certain extent. They are process, installation, station, work step, and knife pass. The process is the basic unit in the process. The machining process of parts consists of several processes. One process may include one or several installations, each installation may include one or several stations, each station may include one or several steps, and each work step may include one or several passes. .
Forced vibration in the process of large-scale machining
1. Forced vibration: Vibration caused by periodic interference from the outside of the process system. The forced vibration in machining is no different from the forced vibration in general machinery. The frequency of the forced vibration is the same as the frequency of the interference force or a multiple of it.
2. Reasons for forced vibration: the vibration source of forced vibration comes from the internal vibration source inside the machine tool and the external vibration source from outside the machine tool. There are many external vibration sources, but they are all transmitted to the machine through the foundation, which can be isolated by adding a vibration isolation foundation.
The main internal vibration sources are:
(1) Vibration of machine tool motor.
(2) Vibration caused by unbalanced high-speed rotating parts of machine tool.
(3) Vibration caused by defects of machine tool transmission mechanism, such as gear backlash, belt tension change, etc.
(4) Vibration caused by impact during cutting.
(5) Vibration caused by the inertial force of reciprocating parts
