The basic principle of grinding in the processing of precision mechanical parts

When processing precision mechanical parts, we must first work out the processing technology of mechanical parts to ensure that every link is normal. In the processing of precision mechanical parts, milling is used to produce and process a variety of metal materials and metal materials, and can carry out production and processing of plan views, inner and outer cylindrical surfaces and their cone surfaces.
The whole process of grinding can be done by carrying out micro-analysis and drilling of steel parts from the abrasive grains of mineral acid according to the grinding tool, including the comprehensive functions of complex physics and organic chemistry. Because the raw material of the grind tool is softer than the raw material of the steel part being grind, the abrasive particles in the abrasive are placed on the surface of the grind tool or fluctuate to form a multi-blade matrix. Under pressure, micro-analysis drilling is carried out on the surface of steel parts.

When chromium oxide, polyether or other abrasives are used, a very thin air oxide film will be formed on the surface of the steel part. This air oxide film is very easy to be worn away. The oxide film is continuously and quickly produced, and is continuously worn away by plants, which speeds up the whole process of grinding and reduces the roughness.

The passivated abrasive grains squeeze and shape the surface of the steel part, causing deformation of the raw materials being produced and processed. The peaks and valleys of the surface of the steel part tend to be flattened during plastic deformation or cold work hardened during continuous deformation. Cracks produce micro-cutting.
