Wuxi Tiecheng Machinery Factory is located in Wuxi Xizhang Industrial Park, covering an area of u200bu200b7,500 square meters. It is less than 1 km away from Xiyi Expressway, Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and Provincial Highway, and is close to National Highway 312, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. At present, it mainly undertakes the processing of medium and large mechanical parts.
Our factory currently has 75 employees, of which engineering and technical personnel account for 30%. With strong technical force, production equipment and scientific management system, Wuxi Tiecheng Machinery Factory strives for survival by science and seeks benefits from management. With high-quality services, we have established a good faith cooperative relationship with domestic and foreign customers, and continue to carry out technological innovation and transformation, and make unremitting efforts to revitalize the national industry and serve the whole society. The main processing equipment currently owned by our factory includes more than 40 large-scale processing equipment such as gantry machining center, horizontal machining center, vertical-horizontal conversion pentahedral machining center, CNC gantry milling machine, boring machine, gantry planer, and gantry grinder. Therefore, our factory can undertake the processing of large quantities of large and medium-sized mechanical parts, the processing of auto parts, and the processing of large and medium-sized molds. In terms of quality testing equipment, in addition to the conventional testing tools, our factory also has 3000 × 1500 × 1200 precision testing instruments-three-dimensional testing, which can carry 5 tons. The factory strictly implements quality management in accordance with the ISO quality system, and serves customers wholeheartedly.
