In aluminum alloy deep drawing, the main reasons that affect the friction and lubrication in the deep drawing process are:    1. The influence of aluminum alloy material. Due to the characteristics of low melting point, low yield strength, easy adhesion, and its face-centered cubic structure, aluminum alloy materials have more sliding crystal systems, have high solid solubility with other metals, have strong aluminum alloying ability, and have an oxide film on the surface. Relative to the base metal is hard and brittle and other factors, it is easier to adhere to the mold surface when processing aluminum alloy.   2. The influence of surface roughness, mold and workpiece geometry. The macroscopic surface of the forming aluminum alloy and the mold is very smooth, but the microscopic morphology is full of uneven micro-protrusions and valleys.   In order to minimize and avoid direct contact between convex bodies and valleys, either reduce the surface roughness value of the mold and workpiece, or apply suitable aluminum alloy drawing oil for effective lubrication to reduce surface unevenness.   3. The influence of aluminum tensile lubricant. The influence of lubricating oil on the plastic forming of aluminum alloy sheet is mainly reflected in whether it can effectively isolate the sheet and the mold, and improve the forming limit of the sheet and the life of the mold.
